Carlson x Breast Cancer Cure

Breast Cancer Cure’s “Tees for a Cure” campaign is back for Summer 2025. Launching with a first ever fashion show at Eden Park opening Breast Cancer Awareness Month on October 1st, this year’s edition brings together 25 New Zealand designers for a special collaboration that merges fashion with a meaningful cause.

Tanya's design represents the anticipation of Summer - hazy days, blue skies, the warmth of the sun and celebrating the joy of nature.

 

"Twenty years ago my best friend Wendy died from Breast Cancer. When she was diagnosed it inspired her to re-train as a florist. This change of direction in her life brought her such joy, enthusiasm and creativity.

The design of this sea of flowers is a tribute to her and her absolute delight in working as a floral designer."

 

All proceeds from the Breast Cancer Cure ‘Tees for a Cure’ Campaign provide vital funds for breast cancer research in Aotearoa. Research is pivotal in developing our understanding and preventing, managing and curing breast cancer.
