Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available, or that is delayed for some reason, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option to choose a different item or receive a refund.

We ship using Post Haste Couriers within New Zealand.

Estimated timeframes are 1-5 working days for delivery, or 2-6 working days for rural addresses.

Posthaste does not deliver to P O Boxes. Contact us if you can only receive to a P O Box and we can use NZ Post.

Please note that all parcels require a signature on delivery, so please provide us with a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the goods.

Shipping is free within NZ (Not including rental/hireage).

We ship to the rest of the world via NZ Post International Courier services.

Typical delivery time is around 5 - 10 working days from dispatch - this is variable for each country.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
