Shipping

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Availability of products is not guaranteed.If you have ordered an item that is not available, or that is delayed for some reason, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option to choose a different item or receive a refund.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We ship using Post Haste Couriers within New Zealand. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.

For rural areas, delivery is 2-4 working days.

We cannot ship to P O Boxes.

Please note that all parcels require a signature on delivery, so please provide us with a shipping address where someone will be home to sign for the goods.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via NZ Post International Courier services.

Delivery time depend on where the parcel is sent, it varies from 3 - 10 working days from dispatch.

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
